招聘岗位1：外贸业务员（女）4-6人（可实习储备，实体外贸，非营销类）

Vacancy: International Trade Sales 

(Could be Intern, non-agent, non-marketing)

 

主要职责Responsibility:

 

1）直接接受完整外贸实务培训5课时（学中干，干中学，纯干货）

Directly receive complete foreign trade practice training for 5 hours (Combining study and practice, useful stuff only)

 

2）接受新旧工程机械类专业术语培训3课时（对机械原理不做要求）

Receive the new and used construction machinery terminology training 3 hours (do not require the mechanical background)

 

3）外贸网站后台精细操作，进阶操作5课时（最前沿最成功方法）

Fine and Advanced operation training of B2B website 5 hours (most advanced most successful ways)

 

4）客户问题解答培训 实时进行（有随时总结归纳好习惯）

Training of FAQ in real time ( good habits summarizing at any time required)

 

5）专人辅导下，独立操作以上各项工作，独立洽谈，短时间内完成个人的客户积累。

Under the guidance, independently operate the above-mentioned work, negotiate independently, and complete personal customer accumulation within a short time.

 

基本要求：Basic Requirements:

 

1）大专及以上学历或在校实习期间，英语CET-4以上，口语比较流利。二外法语优先。

College degree or above, or during internship at the university, English CET-4 or above, speaking fluently. Second skill as French languages is preferred.

 

2）能够使用Word,Excel,PowerPoint或类似工具。汉语英语打字熟练。

Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software. Both Chinese English typing well.

 

3) 善于沟通和团队合作（不喜欢沟通者请绕行）善于学习总结（不难，但是懒惰或无方法者会造成重复劳动，沟通无效）。

Good at communication and teamwork (If disliking the communication please pass) Good at learning and summary (not difficult, but lazy or bad skill will cause repeated work and invalid communication).

6）试用期3个月，底薪2500元 房补500元，有成交立刻当月转正，底薪3500元 房补500元。未成交按照KPI双向选择。目前基本都提前转正的。

The probation is 3 months, and could be permanent at once if deal done. If No deal, there will be revising according to KPI. Revising not happened till now.

 

7）成绩优秀者或满一年者公司提供免费集体活动，海外旅游或其他拓展活动。
