Job description
1. Use Conti test tool for test data collection (after training)
2. Work with customer together on road test per request
3. Manage test project (cost/timing/man power management) and maintain test tool/facility
4. Integration of ADAS components and functions on system level in test vehicles (test car setup)
5. Performing system tests (level 0 and 1) of customer functions and sub-functions in test vehicles on test tracks and public road world wide
6. Specification and execution of test cases (100% coverage) according to customer requirements
7. Establishing and maintaining test documentation (requirements, test plan, test reports, statistics, key performance indicators in DOORs, MKS, process tool chain) according to product life cycle
8. Analysis, documentation, forwarding and tracking of deviations and errors
9. Evaluation, communication & discussion of test results and findings with project team, management & OEMs
10. Development, adaption and optimization of necessary test methods and test equipments, test automation
Job description:
1. Bachelor degree in science/engineering or above
2. Minimum 3 years experience in a test or development organization in automotive industry.
3. Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese mandarin and English (German language skill preferred)
4. Good interpersonal skills and team-oriented manner
5. Accustomed to frequent travel or field work
6. Valid Chinese Driver License C-level or above is mandatory (minimum 2 years driver experience)
7. ADAS product development experience is plus.
8. Good understanding with Office Software, good skills in programming (C, C++, Scripting, Python, Mat lab), Vector tools and vehicle bus communication,
9. Innovation, Target-, process- and quality- orientated mindset
10. Willingness and ambition to work under pressure meet schedules and maintain a high level of output
