Job description
1. Responsible for complete System development and delivery working with other domains/sections
2. Participate in customer technical meetings
3. Plan system scope, effort, design, resource coordination and delivery as per specified timeframes
4. Track multiple stakeholders, partners and ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.
5. Regularly report status and deviations (delays, process deviations) to all stakeholders
6. Communicate with project team , supervisor, and customers in order to exchange information and identify improvement opportunities
7. Follow Continental development process
Job requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic engineering or similar
2. Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in R&D area of automotive industry
3. Experience in the development of E drive system components (e.g. Inverter / motor / VCU ) preferred
4. Completed One or more full project in automotive industry, EV / HEV project would be a PLUS
5. Knowledge of Automotive quality standards and Safety Standards
6. Product Development Life cycle experience
7. Good English oral and written skills
