Responsibility
- Market sizing, including sizing of relevant segments (e.g. geographic segments, technical segments, functional segments etc.)
- Competitor intelligence (e.g. monitoring of strategic moves, win/loss analyses, etc. ultimately resulting in "competitor profiles" and scenarios that incorporate expected competitor behavior)
- Monitoring and analysis of pricing developments (if not in place, including the set up of appropriate systems / processes to enable such monitoring)
- Monitoring of bit/hit rates (incl. set up of relevant models / systems / tools, if necessary)
- Based on the above market and competitor knowledge and economy insights, help Field Operation identify Schindler strengths and weaknesses on a branch / city level (product, processes, organizational setup, etc.), actively involve in scenario planning / strategy formulation
- Setting of intelligent targets per branch (reflecting local business characteristics) that can be monitored to judge the success of our strategy implementation
Requirement
- Statistical analysis and advance modeling
- Strategy formulation
- Sound knowledge of economics and finance
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Profound planning and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- E&E Knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor above degree in marketing, business administration or engineering
