Job Responsibilities
-Lead a group team to reach user-centric service-excellence after graduation form JMP.
-Drive for change to enhance ESS (Employee Self Service), MSS (Manager Self Service) via further automation.
-Lead and support strategic projects in HRS.
-Support to launch learning organization in HRS.
-Collaboration with HRL and CPE for CIP and conceptional design topics.
-External benchmark and advanced technology study and deployment in HRS.
-The first rotation will be in HRS3-CN to lead team and drive strategic project.
Job Requirements
-Master degree & above from top university.
-Good at conceptual work design and logical thinking.
-Good interpersonal and collaboration skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates.
-Result and future orientation, have good sense for new technology deployment.
-Good team player with proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
-Willingness to lead and develop a team. Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurship.
-Project management experience preferred.
-Advanced English language skill.
-Mobile (nationally and internationally).
-Overseas working or study experience is preferred.
