ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Organize structure and manage or assist in managing a project team to meet the needs of the project and control project costs.
2. Ensure on-time delivery of quality information, material, workmanship, and field service and product performance.
3. Review and manage the project schedule and approve changes, ensuring all contract parameters are being met.
4. Approve all purchase orders for contract materials, services and Quality Assurance and Control requirements.
5. Issue various periodic reports detailing financial and schedule status of project(s).
6. Serve as prime interface with customer and consortiums to resolve issues of mutual concern with guidance of other project managers.
7. Effect a timely contract completion with customer satisfaction.
8. Manage project risks to avoid paying large warranty repairs, significant back charges, or low performance or delay.
9. Tracing working state and production quality of sub-supplier.
10. Take an active role with Sales to promote future business with Customer/Consortiums.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Computer Science, Software Engineering is preferred
2. Software development experience and IT/Software project management experience is preferred
3. Knowledge of general accounting principles
4. Knowledge of how to schedule and track complex projects.
5. Strong management and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to communicate effectively
7. Language skills: English (minimum CET6)
8. Good attention to detail.
9. Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft office toolkits;
