Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the process, design, operation and implementation
2. Provide process documentation and operating instructions
3. Maintains ability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
4. Performs other duties as assigned
5. Check / Track internal issue status, change the properties according to the team alignment and project schedule
6. Report to SWPM with the issue query, highlight the red items and support to follow the counter-measures which could be but not limited to, tel-conference, mails and etc.
7. Offer the overview of the SW projects' running status via various way, e.g. project page / ppt / query and etc.
8. Support SWPM to prepare the ASPICE audit in projects
9. Keep close eye in the "continuous integration / verification" report from SW factory
