JD:

1.Design and procure new test fixtures with UG/CAD.

2.Develop special tests as required.

3.Perform and complete validation tests for new projects per project timeline and test plan.

4.Use Common Lab Management System (CLMS) reporting system and data analysis.

5.Support Product Engineering groups as well as providing plant support.

6.Contact with supplier to make fixtures if needed.

7.Prepare and verify test fixtures prior to start of testing.

8.Support maintenance and calibration to machine to make it ready for test.

9.Communicate with US Test/Validation Engineer for test issues.

10.Understand & follow Nexteer internal procedures per ISO/TS16949 and ISO 17025 standard.

11.Create and maintain Test & Engineering Lab (EL) procedures and Working Instruction (WI).

12.Provide training to Lab Technicians.

13.Keep Lab Manager aware of any test issues or scheduling problems.

14.Maintain 5S practice and safety practices in Test Lab.

Requirements：

1.Bachelor degree, major in Mechatronics

2.3 years Lab working experience, Automotive Industry is preferred

3.Good oral and written communication skills in English

4.Proficient in UG/CAD

5.Knowledge of LAB VIEW

6.NI Knowledge

7.Knowledge of machining
