> Control and Validate the National & Local Pr-agreement (responsibility shared with Finance controller team)

> Control and Validate the final MD contracts for both National and Local contracts (responsibility shared with Contract and AP&AR team)

> Control and validate the Supplier coupon agreement

> Perform the Rebates&Fees provision calculation

> Prepare the draft Commercial Margin data

> Prepare, communicate and follow-up the Merchandise guidelines for yearly budget

> Communicate the daily sales forecast on monthly basis

> Prepare the National MD Performance review

> Prepare, communicate and follow-up analysis regarding supplier/contract performance, family performance, promotion performance, etc.

> Prepare and validate with MD team the Monthly/Yearly landings

> Gross Margin reports (daily P4, MTD gross margin report, etc.)

> Commercial Margin reports

> Appending fees & Free Goods key-in (vs. Target, vs. LY, vs. Landing)

> STB report by division

> Contract signature follow-up

> Ad-Hoc reports to support MD team

> Ensure the coordination/communication with other departments or external: TMC BC, MD dpt, etc.

> Provide training to relevant process owner on internal procedures (to MBC team, to MD teams and to TMC BC teams)

任职资格:

> At least Bachelor degree (with preference of major in Finance)

> 0-5 years professional experience (with preference in Finance and/or Retail industry)

> Chinese: Native

> English: Fluent

> Analytical skills

> Collaboration skills (listening, sharing information, influencing, etc.)

> Team spirit

> Results oriented (good efficiency, high standard of work quality, Creative, Proactive, etc.)

> Integrity: Honest/Loyal/Transparent

> IT tools: Hyperion / Microsoft office / TMC web report and NSA / PeopleSoft
