Main Tasks:
- To follow grocery food regulation and food safety regulation
- To set up and update regulation guideline
- To manage withdrawal and NC case follow-up, analyze and summarize quality problem
- To identify high risk products and quality parameter and set up sampling test plan
- To set up supplier audit plan according to internal and external NC database
- To follow-up the performance and result of sampling test and supplier audit
- To create a strong network with authorities and other associations
Requirements:
- 0-2 years relevant working experience
- Bachelor and/or above
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good Microsoft Office skills, such as excel, word, PowerPoint, etc
