通过定制的销售相关的培训课程（技术和软技能培训），发展成为具备较高汽车发动机知识和应用能力的销售工程师-销售主管-销售经理.

- Via customized technical and skill training in Winkelmann , the trainees should be developed as Sales Engineer，Supervisor or Manager with high Powertrain product and application competence.

通过市场数据和面对客户来了解行业与客户需求，获取业务发展趋势信息.

Acquire new business development via market data or face-to-face interview with customers.

掌握相关汽车发动机油轨系列产品知识及行业应用.

- Master related engine fuel rail product portfolio, product knowledge and application.

从技术角度和项目管理方面了解工程项目执行过程。同时，通过培训对产品知识和行业应用有一定的了解.

- Deep understanding engineering project execution both on technical aspect and project management. Meanwhile, through training in project, have deep understanding of product application and branch know-how.

配合完成销售支持和配置工作. 了解销售流程、客户管理系统和搭建内部工作网络

- Sales support and configuration. Learn sales process, Customer Relationship Management, and internal network buildup
