The main missions of the role are:

工作职能：

• Responsible for keying in the accouting data into SAP systerm correctly and timely.

  负责及时准确的在SAP中录入账务数据

• Spare parts management,apply for the PR timely according to safty stock and demand,follow up the arrival of material, be responsible for spare parts receiving、issuing、stocking and counting，ensure the account,mark and stock accurate

  备品备件的管理，根据安全库存和使用需求及时申请PR，跟踪到货，负责备品备件的收，发，存和盘点工作，确保账，物，卡一致。

• Project material management, responsible for goods receiving、issuing、stocking and counting.

  项目仓物料管理，负责物料的的收，发，存和盘点工作。

• Check the account with logistics supplier and apply for the payment monthy

物流供应商对账和请款

• Data statistics, analysis and report;

  数据统计、分析及相关报表；

• Attendance management of logistics department in systems.

部门考勤管理；

• Take care of all the department paperwork .

  部门文件单据的整理、归档；

• Daily work for the internal department , communication and coordination between departments

部门内部日常事务的处理，部门间的沟通、协调工作；

• Other tasks assigned by superiors

  上级领导安排的其他工作；

• Be responsible for their own work area environment

  Basic requirement:

  基本要求：

  Finance, logistics management related majors, proficient in use of computer office software;

• 财务、物流管理相关专业，能熟练使用电脑办公软件；

• Experience in SAP system is better, familiar with warehouse process and data analysis and statistics;

  有SAP系统使用经验优先，熟悉仓库流程和数据分析与统计；

• Sensitive to digital, strong cost consciousness;

  对数字比较敏感，具有较强的成本意识；

• Sense of responsibility, serious and careful work

  有责任心，工作认真细心；

• strong self-discipline, can maintain a good working state under great pressure

  有较强的自我约束力，能在较大的压力下保持良好工作状态
