公司官网:ww***.cn[点击查看] 专业1:美术学 福利:交通补贴 免费午餐 职能类别:讲师/助教 广州英国学校成立于2005年，是经中国教育部门批准设立的国际学校，主要为在华工作的外籍人员子女提供教育服务，学生年龄从1岁到18岁。学校沿用英国国民教育课程，使用的教育课程与英国本地学校的课程同步，教师大部分来自英国，也有来自欧美国家并且熟悉英国课程的执业教师。 现因学校教学需要，诚聘助教实习生，工作职责如下： * 协助外籍美术教师准备上课所需工具，材料； * 按照教学需要，寻找教学资源，复印、打印教学资料； * 负责布置课室，展览学生作品； * 外籍教师安排的其他教学和行政工作。 具体工作内容如下： Support to Teaching staff ? Prepare each classroom for the day / activity as required & tidy away after classes. ? Daily assistance to staff as required – as far as possible this should be scheduled and agreed. ? Provide technical assistance to students when necessary ? Management of oil paint and turps supplies and other items related to health and safety Resource Management ? Referral of ICT, electrical, mechanical breakdown to the appropriate department, agreed with head of department ? Readying materials and equipment for lessons as required by staff ? Art Library management and organization ? Organising the IT shared area for art Display ? Dismantling previous exhibitions / displays ? Reading spaces for upcoming exhibitions or returning the space to its normal function ? Assist with labeling for exhibitions / displays ? Maintain and refresh classroom and corridor displays on a regular basis Art Room Management ? Checking of stock in the art room ? Tidying and sorting at appropriate times ? Clean down of surfaces after/before lessons or as required ? Keep sinks organized ? Liaise with maintenance staff and cleaning staff Creative Assistance ? Photocopying / scanning ? Photographing and documenting artworks ? Occasional 1:1 assistance/support for pupils where appropriate Stock Control ? Monitoring the use of all stock items and maintain a check on stock and inform the teachers where necessary. ? Liaise with purchase department to clarify the requirement of the department. ? Creating orders using the school system and keeping a record of past orders and marking when received. ? Unpacking and sorting deliveries ? Collecting deliveries from the purchasing office when necessary ? Receive and check new materials & invoices from supplier Cleaning and Tidying Health & Safety ? Help to maintain a clean, tidy and safe environment ? Organising for removal of any hazardous materials (e.g. broken glass) ? Monitoring and ensuring hardware/equipment is in good safe working order ? Regularly reviewing H&S issues with the Head of Department Misc ? Checking emails to be aware of whole school issues and initiatives ? Passing on messages Weekly Tasks ? Monday morning stock check and organisation in classrooms and storage rooms ? Collate all orders for the week, including orders from the Primary Art Room. ? Checking displays Daily Tasks ? Ensuring all art rooms are organized with art materials put neatly away ? Ensuring the store room is in working order and easy provide easy access for each teacher ? Ensuring all reference books are back on shelves and the sixth form area functions as a productive space ? Paintbrushes, palettes and sink areas are clean and organized ? Administration tasks – photocopying, printing, ordering and filing as needed ? Assist the preparation of resources for all lessons ? Checking all equipment is in working order and mending or organizing the equipment to be mended. ? Monitor and replace all paper stocks ensuring the correct sizes are available ?
