1. 对中国和中国以外的分销商进行有效的喷码机技术支持，包括技术培训和协助故障诊断
2. 及时准确地收集和分析全球各地客户发生的产品质量问题，并反馈给内部相关部门
3. 对国内国外分销商无法处理的棘手问题进行现场支持
4. 向分销商沟通产品和技术升级
Job Description：
1. Effective technical support to domestic and overseas distributors including training and diagnostics assistance
2. Timely and precisely quality data collection with analysis, and feedback to related internal department
3. On-site technical support for issues that distributors cannot solve
4. Communication with distributors on product and technical upgrade
职位要求
1. 机械、电子工程、电器或者自动化等工程技术类专业本科毕业
2. 具备用英语独立进行技术沟通的能力
3. 乐于与人交流，善于倾听
4. 富有同情心
5. 有跨国企业一年以上技术类工作经验者优先
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree with majoring in mechanic, electronic engineering or automation and other engineering
2. Capability of communication on technical with English independently
3. Love to talk to people and being good at listening
4. Sense of empathy
5. 1 year working experience on technical field in MNC will be preferred
