职位描述:
? 负责公司客户接待,登记,接转电话和信件管理
? 协理面试,受理会议室预约,协调会议时间,下发会议通知
? 企业文档资料的管理、发放,整理存档
? 负责公司办公用品购买及管理和固定资产的管理
? 熟练使用客户管理系统CRM,能提供最新报告
? 协助其他行政部门的需求,配合组织、筹划公司各种活动和会议
? 协助CEO 安排其日常行政事务
岗位要求:
? 英文口语,书写流利,普通话标准,声音甜美
? 2年以上相关工作经验
? 身高165cm以上,言谈举止优雅,形象气质佳, 性格开朗,热情大方
? 工作细致、认真、有责任心,积极主动的工作态度
? 有较强的组织、协调、沟通、人际交往能力
? 善于沟通且富有团队精神,为人诚实可靠、品行端正
? 熟知商务礼仪,仪态、仪表举止得体
? 出色的客户服务意识与能力
? 熟悉使用各类办公软件,办公自动化设备
? 澳洲及海外学习工作背景优先(知名高校应届毕业生可考虑)

? Effective management of all incoming calls and messages
? Meet and greet our clients, and special guests
? Professional presentation of the company at all times
? Organization & maintenance of stationery and office supplies
? General record keeping & file management
? CRM Database usage and reporting
? Exceptional support to our Property Sales and Administration teams
? Assistance with the preparation of Property Contracts & Marketing Activities & Accounting matters
? Management of daily mail, client correspondence & daily banking
? Assistance with the preparation and attendance of the company events
? Responsible to support CEO’s daily work including projects/tasks/reports reminding and following-up, industry information filtering, meetings and business travel arrangements, etc.
? Applicable for Non-Chinese candidates
Requirements
? Bilingual fluent in English and Chinese
? Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
? Well spoken and professionally dressed
? Highly organized with attention to detail
? Time efficient and ability to work to deadlines
? Great team player
? Excellent customer service skills
? Responsible attitude, no task too big or too small
? Pro-active, "can do" attitude
? Typing minimum 50 words per minute
? Experience with CRM or databases
? Minimum intermediate experience with MS office (Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point)
? Previous studying and working experiences in Australia and China is, but not essential
