PURPOSE:
To provide HR administrative support to China office HR Shared Services team in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development function daily operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Talent Acquisition 人才甄选
Assist China recruitment WeChat’s operation activities, including materials collection and promotion articles’ draft;
协助中国区招聘团队的日常活动,包括微信运营的材料收集与整理,微信文章的撰写等;
Assist recruitment candidates’ direct sourcing under supervision and guidance from recruiter, including CV screening, using various job portals for direct search and cold calling;
在招聘同事的指导下,协助搜索面试候选人,包括简历筛选,使用不同的网站直接搜索候选人,电话邀约等;
Coordinate speakers’ time for Day 1 Induction and QNEO (Quarterly New Employee Orientation).
协调并邀请新员工培训中的各位讲师的时间。
Talent Development 人才发展
Support accommodation booking for training participants and trainer;
培训前期帮助参与培训的学员和讲师预定酒店;
Support training room booking and training room set up by request;
培训前期协助预定培训的教室,并布置培训会场。
Filing hard copy of sign-in sheet, evaluation sheet. Maintain training records and training evaluation on Share Point;
培训后期做签到表,反馈表的整理。在内部Share Point 系统维护培训记录和培训反馈。
Assist HR SS team for other tasks upon request.
完成HR团队交代的其他工作。
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred;
本科及以上在校生(大二,大三,研一,研二),人力资源相关专业;
Fast Leaner with high enthusiasm to Human Resources and strong willing to learn;
能够快速学习,对人力资源有强烈的兴趣,乐于去学习;
Detail and action orientated.
注重细节,并有较强的行动力;
Competent in both written and spoken English;
良好的英语口语和书写;
Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
熟悉微软系列办公软件;
Be able to work at least 3 days a week.
每周至少工作3天。
