Duties:
1. Help to select appropriate learning, training materials and program to provide effective and innovative solutions;
2. Training evaluation and result follow up;
3. Updating and maintenance of the L&D internal database
4. Work closely with the training team to provide proactive logistics and support, including venues, participant’s arrangement and materials preparation
5. Prepare and collate L&D reports
Requirements
1. Retail industry background, luxury brand/ fast fashion brand preferred
2.Minimum 1 years working experience in training
3.Master of Microsoft Office
4.Training course preparation and delivery capability
5.Good at written and spoken English
