Orange Branding is a fast growing branding & innovation consultancy in Guangzhou, China. Our mission is to help Chinese Companies to go global and international brands to gain foothold in the Chinese marketplace. Our sales department is looking for a full time intern in the position of ‘Project / Office Assistant’. We are looking for an undergraduate student in the Guangzhou area who is majoring in Sales, Marketing or communication. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the creation of social media content, proposals, presentations etc.

2. Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials

3. Assist with fulfilment of marketing offers & execution of trade shows

4. Assist with the preparation and delivery of workshop materials

5. Perform analysis of marketing, sales data and competitor marketing & sales

6. Update database of marketing, sales or administrative content

7. Provide support to social media efforts

8. Administrative work, arrangements of reception, travel, meeting

Key competencies

1. Chinese / Cantonese person

2. Confident, driven & competitive

3. Proactive, open-minded and willing to explore and execute new ideas

4. Affinity with design, art, engineering, fashion and/or marketing

5. Detail-oriented & Well-organized
