工作内容：

1．配合设计团队完成分配的设计任务，确保项目图纸可按时优质、高效完成

2 . 参与项目的整体方案设计

3.  为项目提供支持，配合编写投标文件、合同及市场材料

4．更新投标数据库，梳理信息

5．协助处理部门日常事务

6．完成部门主管安排的其他工作

职位需求：

1. 暖通空调，建筑电气（强、弱），消防，给排水工程专业本科学历以上，有相关设计院、机电顾问实习经验可优先考虑

2. 熟悉相关的专业领域的设计知识，有相关的项目设计经验

3. 工作主动认真，责任心强，热爱工程设计工作

3. 熟练使用办公软件，相关专业设计软件

3. 良好的英语听说写能力

4. 责任心强，学习能力强，有良好的沟通能力，团队意识强，能承受工作压力

Responsibility
1. Co-operate with the design team to complete the assigned design tasks and ensure the project drawings can be completed in a timely, high-quality and efficient manner
2. Participate in overall project design
3. Provide support for the project and cooperate with the preparation of tender documents, contracts and marketing materials

4. Update the bidding database and sort out the information

5. Assist in the daily affairs of the department

6. Finish other work arranged by the department head

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above in hvac, building electrical (Elelctric, ELV), fire design, plumbing engineering, experience as an intern of LDI or MEP consultant is preferred

2. Familiar with relevant professional design knowledge, have project design experience

3. Work actively and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for engineering design

4. Proficient in office software and relevant professional design software

5. Good English listening, speaking and writing skills

6. Strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, good communication skills, strong team spirit, able to work under pressure
