工作内容:
1. 为项目提供支持,配合编写投标文件、合同及市场材料
2. 更新投标数据库,梳理客户信息,与潜在客户对接
3. 协助处理部门日常行政事务
4. 完成部门主管安排的其他工作
职位需求:
1. 本科大三以上,有相关项目助理或工作经验可优先考虑
2. 熟练使用办公软件
3. 良好的英语听说写能力
4. 责任心强,有良好的沟通能力,能承受工作压力
Responsibility
1. Provide support for projects, cooperate to prepare bid proposals, contracts and marketing materials;
2. Update the tender database, sort out customer information, keep good relationship with potential customers;
3. Assist to handle office routine administration/secretarial affairs;
4. Work on other tasks by supervisor when necessary.
Requirement
1. Undergraduate course year 3 or above, additional relevant experience in project support or administration work is preferred
2. Skilled in office software
3. Good command of English in writing, speaking and listening
4. With strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills, able to work under high pressure
