POSITION: HR Specialist-Intern for 3 months

LOCATION: Wuxi, China

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in implementation of training plan for business across campus.

· Support on the training and development process, perform training programs to achieve the training targets and track training effectiveness based on plant performance analysis and development needs.

· Tracking & Maintain the training records according to the quality and EHS system requirements.

· In-house training supports.

· Prepare the kinds of reports as directed

· Support on the new employee onboard process.

· Prepare the documents for the oversea training or trip.

· Other tasks assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

· College or above, majored in Human Resources, Administration or related.

· At least 1 years working experience in related HR function.

· Good communication and inter-personal skills - develops effective working relationship and interacts with others within and across functions and levels.

· Independent, self-motivated and good team player.

· Good oral & written communication skill both in English and Mandarin is a must.

Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PPT.
