sUMMARY
The Administrative support for Technical Services Department, directly reporting to Technical Services Manager, provides administrative support to every unit at the department – Maintenance, Inspection, Reliability, Engineering and Planning- with the purpose of Technical employee to fully focused on added value activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
q Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he/she delegates his/her staff are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
q Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company;
q Participates to develop any assign procedure.
q Translates any assigned document from English to Chinese and/or vice versa
q Inputs daily the manpower in SAP as per Planner and Cost Controller instructions.
q Obtain KPI information from SAP, CREDO and equivalents.
q Requests expense proposal and related modification as per budget control.
q Coordinates the whole Department documentation control with DMC.
q Coordinates, if requested, with any issue related to work permit paper preparation or related administrative task.
q Coordinate any training, travel, meal related to department business needs.
q Collects minutes of meeting as requested.
q Collects and arranges weekly reports, monthly reports and other reports assigned per Manager and or Supervisors.
q Performs other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
PROFILE
q Required Qualifications:
q English proficiency writing and Mandarin native.
q Background at similar discipline’ Department at Oil&Gas Industry or equivalent.
q Excel and Work competency level.
q Skills and Aptitudes:
q Ordained person with good time planning skills.
q Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
q Motivated, Integrity and professional ethics;
q Preferred Qualifications
q SAP PM – Maintenance module-.
