Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Familiar with capital operation,familiar with the company's IPO listing in the Hong Kong stock market, familiar with mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC, etc. Responsible for financing for operations to achieve the company's capital strategy.

2. Assist in the formulation of overseas company capital operation plans, assist in overseeing fund management reports and budgets, assist in the formulation of accounting planning for overseas companies, the preparation of accounting rules, and financial check-up methods for different positions;

3. Assist overseas companies in accounting, project check-up accounting, business process risk control, financial budget and final accounts, cost and cost control, and financial analysis; Assist in the overall planning and management of overseas company taxation; Assist in corporate mergers and acquisitions; have experience in ERP/SOX implementation; Can use Excel to build financial models combing business processes;

5. Assist in the preparation of relevant financial statements;Assist in analyzing the operating costs of all aspects of e-commerce,And assist in proposing effective cost control programs;

6. Assist in the strategic development of overseas companies, and good financing and financial control.

Requirements:

1. Learned and familiarized with Chinese financial policies, laws, regulations, etc., familiar with IFRS / US Accounting Standards.

2. Learned and familiarized with High-tech Enterprises related business and tax requirements.

3. Familiarized with China, the United States, Europe, international accounting standards and Chinese fiscal and taxation financial system; Familiar with accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management and related laws and regulations;

4. Experience in financing and capital operation; Assist in the analysis, demonstration and decision-making of investment projects;

5. First of all consider those talents who had worked in Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley , UBS, Credit Suisse, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Sequoia Capital, Softbank, Carlyle Investment Group, and Capital Investment Group.

6. First of all consider those talents who had worked in financial institutions in London, New York, Frankfurt and Hong Kong.First of all consider those talents who had worked in in the four major law firms: PWC，KP，DTT，EY.

7. First of all consider those talents who have resources to assist the company's IPO listing through the banking, financing institutions and securities institutions.

8. Have the certificate of China CPA, have the Hong Kong CPA certificate or international CPA, ACCA, CFA certificate.

9. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is better. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, can be used as working language;
