1.Contract Management

* Prepare and Issue the proposal, agreement and contract under sales manager’s supervision;

* Ensure the contract/agreement to be signed back before the set deadline before publication;

2.Payment Management

* Issue invoice and collect payment under finance team manager supervision;

3.Ads Artwork Management

* Collect ads artwork and design requests;

* Assist the production to design/translate ads;

* Independently check and modify the ads contents on color proof when needed prior to print;

4.Distribution Management

* Update distribution list with distribution/marketing team

5.Market Samples Collection and Recording

* Collect promotional information in the market or with the competitors, on print or digital;

* Make cold call under supervision

6. Sales analysis and forecast.

7. Minutes recording for weekly Sales meetings.

Requirement:

* Bachelor's degree, major in advertising or marketing will be preferred;

* Proficient Engligh language skills, both literally and orally;

* Passion in commercial positions of Media industry;

* Outstanding communication and coordination skills;

* Strong sales data analysis ability;

* Easy-going and team player
