<工作内容>
1. 协助办理员工在职、离职等相关手续;
2. 协助完成培训事务局的各项工作,确保培训项目有效进行;
3. 部门相关数据的收集、录入及整理;
4. 部门各项人事管理档案、文件资料的整理;
5. 其他内部事务类工作。
<任职要求>
1. 英语或者日语听说读写流利;
2. 有人事相关工作经验,或对人事工作有兴趣;
3. 有责任感和学习的意愿;
4. 熟悉电脑操作,能熟练使用Excel尤佳。
<Job Description>
1. Support for employee related routine procedures including resignation procedures.
2. Handle training administration work to support training program running smoothly.
3. Collect, input and maintain the employee related data.
4. Update and maintain the HR documentations and file the related materials.
5. Other internal administrative work.
<Job Requirements>
1. Fluent English or Japanese language skills.
2. With some HR assistant related experience or fresh student with good HR sense.
3. Strong sense of good responsibility and learning willingness.
4. Good PC skills, especially proficient in excel.
