What You Can Expect
You’ll work in partnership with senior managers, analyzing results and offering insights across performance, strategy, control issues and operating models. You’ll combine performance measurement processes with sophisticated analysis methods, accurate reporting and financial discipline to ensure the firm is meeting its goals.
This three-year rotational program delivers in-depth industry training, one-on-one mentorship and hands-on experience as an important member of the finance team of a business or corporate group in one of the following roles:

• External Reporting – Prepare external reporting requirements to agencies such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Reserve and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. You’ll collect internal disclosures, consolidate data, and perform data quality checks, implement new reporting requirements and streamline financial reporting processes.
• Financial Analysis – Create meaningful analysis, reports, presentations and strategy documents in support of our clients and our business. You’ll be responsible for internal and external data gathering as well as analysis, reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting.

• Program Management – Drive a more efficient, integrated operating model and technology infrastructure for Global Finance. You’ll be responsible for large-scale programs across various functions and lines of business.
In addition to ongoing technical and professional skill development, we offer dedicated CPA certification support and licensure-qualifying placement. On completion of the program, we will work with you to identify your next role, as you build your career at JPMorgan.
