This position requires frequent weekly travel to Hong Kong, so we prefer to hire someone whose Hukou is based in Shenzhen.

工作职责

支持氧气的市场项目的各个方面，包括：

1.对潜在客户的所在行业和竞争对手进行调研，撰写中英文的调研报告和邮件

2.翻译给客户阅读的中英文的市场材料，能独立判断翻译质量并依据团队反馈作出调整

3.调研行业数据和趋势，和潜在客户进行一对一的面试沟通以获取原始数据

4.学习使用HubSpot (美国的一款领先的全英文营销自动化软件)，搭建市场工作计划和流程

5.参与HubSpot Academy的有关inbound marketing的系统培训并获得合格证书

6.学习使用百度，今日头条，微信朋友圈广告投放的后台实际操作，必要时给客户培训

7.帮助客户使用微信公众号，进行中英文文章的撰写，编辑，排版，发送，分享和数据报告。

8.撰写学习型博客原创文章，发表文章在官方微信和网站上，必要时需要做presentation

9.使用Asana(一款项目管理软件)进行项目管理和任务管理，并每日进行项目跟进

10.根据项目要求，学习新的技能或者软件，以配合项目的发展，满足客户的需求

* 1.Investigate the industry landscape and competitors analysis of potential customers, write research reports and emails based on findings.

* 2.Translate the English and Chinese documents for the clients, can independently judge the quality of translation and act upon team’s feedback.

* 3.Investigate industry statistics and trends, conduct one on one interview with potential clients to obtain original data point.

* 4.Learn how to use HubSpot (A US leading marketing automation software), building marketing campaigns, workflows and plans.

* 5.Participate in the HubSpot Academy courses related to inbound marketing practices and obtain training certifications.

* 6.Learn how to use the backend of Baidu, Jinritoutiao, WeChat Moment Ads, and train the clients when necessary.

* 7.Help the clients to operate their bilingual WeChat account, to write, edit, format, send, share and report performance data.

* 8.Write learning summary style of original blogs and publish that on official WeChat and website, do the presentation when necessary.

* 9.Use Asana (a leading project management software) to manage your project and tasks, and to follow up on the project on a daily basis.

* 10.Learn new skills and software according to the requirements of the project, to meet the demand of the clients and proceed with the plans.

背景要求

年龄21岁以上，专业背景不限

对中外新兴事物的学习和科技有极高的兴趣

能够熟练操作电脑软件和系统(偏好Mac用户)

有创业者意识，不以一个普通打工者心态在公司工作

有海外留学经历优先考虑

21 years old and above, there’s no limit in terms of major and previous background

Demonstrate high interest in learning Chinese and International newborn trends and technologies

Familiar with computer softwares and operating system, preferably Mac

Entrepreneurial, do not consider yourself only as a normal employee

Prefer someone with overseas educational experience
