Summary
-Customer RFQ analysis and proposal development
-Create and modify layouts
-Clarify technical and commercial issues with customer’s technical and purchasing engineers
-Coordination of proposal team(design and electric) inside the company
-General sales Activities

Primary responsibilities
1.Analysis the specification from the customer
2.Prepare process flow charts, functional diagrams, cycle time analysis, equipment description and layouts for body in white
3.Develop and modify layouts
4.FMEA and MTM analysis
5.Prepare inquiries for sub-supplier / check and judge quotations of sub-supplier
6.Calculate prices of the quotation with help of project departments
7.Prepare customer oriented proposals
8.Prepare bidding documentations and proposal presentation for customer
9.Negotiate with customers
10.Coordinate quoting team (between project management, design and electric department) for bigger projects
11.Develop relationship with customer, figure out the decision hierarchy at the customer side for the quoting project
12.Help the department leader to figure out the sales strategy of the quoting project
13.Report quoting status
14.Project based change tracking
15.Support Project Management or handle minor projects independently

Knowledge & skill requirements
1.Degree as Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor or higher)
2.Software skills: AutoCAD, UG/ Catia, MS-Office products
3.Work requires professional written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
4.Result oriented

Working conditions
1.Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Responsibilities may require certain volume of travel within China or oversea.
