Main Focus of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fixture/tooling design
- Time management for tooling and projects
- Projectmanagement administration support
- Support developing of manufacturing concepts
- Deliver technical requirement to the suppliers according to the manufacturing concept
- Ensure suppliers deliver equipment-tools-fixtures-processes according to thyssenkrupp requirements
- Implement the machine/equipment projects according to the budget and time schedule
- Ensure correct project documentation
- Ensure the acceptances of the equipment and hand over to the production (ensure the cyle time, output, OEE as planned)
- excecute PDCA for production problem
Required Competency & Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master in mechanical engineering / automation or similar
- Experience with 3D tools preferred in Solidworks and AutoCAD
- Basic technical English
- Knowledge for sensor technic
- Knowledge for automation (pneumatic, hydraulic,...) engineering and process engineering
- Good imagination for machine construction
- Good communication skills
- Teamwork
