Responsibility:
1, To follow up dept’s task with order, system input, filing.
根据部门要求完成订单、系统录入和文件归档。
2，Timeliness & accuracy of systems update, reporting and documentation
确保系统报告及文件的及时性和准确性。
3，Under guide from supervisor, carry out reception CSV operation and consult customers about daily queries, answer phones and emails regarding OPLUS issue.
在主管的指引下，完成日常客服操作和回复客户的电话或邮件疑问。
4，To ensure the operation & documentation procedures comply with the requirements stated in SOP
确保文件及操作的程序符合SOP 的要求
Requirements:
1,Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill
英语读写能力佳，有良好的理解和沟通能力
2,Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
工作认真负责，思维敏捷，做事细心，责任心强，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强
3,Make sure at least 3 full days per week for work
确保每周至少3天能全职工作
