一、Sales assistant
Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
1. Receive customer orders and forecasts
2. Follow up orders to ensure on time delivery
3.Work with various departments to ensure that customer orders are completed and planned for.
4.Deal with customer complaints and concerns and provide customers with a speedy response
5. Keep track of customer usage rates against forecast and available inventory
6. Preparation of various documents and reports relating to customer orders and delivery
7. Unreconciliation delivery
8. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Characteristics:
1. Min 1-2 years experience in related field of customer service or supply chain planning in Multi-national Corporation environment
2. Good in MS office, email, excel. SAP knowledge is an advantage
3. Good Interpersonal skills
4. Willingness and ability to learn and absorb
5. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
6. Passionate Pursuit of Excellence with High responsibility and corporation
二、总裁秘书
职位描述:
1、协助总裁处理各类信件,起草报告、文件等
2、合理安排、提醒总裁的日常工作时间及程序
3、接待访问总裁的重要来宾,维护好客户关系
4、及时准确的完成总裁交办的其他工作
任职资格
1、能熟练使用英文沟通、书写
2、熟练使用各类办公软件,有较强的文字写作能力
3、有相关工作经验者优先考虑
