- Support field and 0km customer complaint, enhance customer satisfaction
支持售后和零公里客户投诉,提升客户满意度
－Quality improvement based on customer complaint
针对客户投诉中发现的质量问题,推进内部外部质量改进
－Negotiate with customer to sign warranty agreement and control warranty cost
与客户谈判,签订索赔协议并控制索赔成本
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Engineering or related area
工程等专业硕士及以上学历
- Knowledge of the principle of vehicle and related products
熟悉汽车工作原理和相关产品知识
- Good communication skills
良好的沟通协调能力
