Responsibilities工作职责：
－Responsible for development and application of data mining algorithms for EMS business
负责汽油机汽车数据服务的数据挖掘算法开发应用
－Responsible for ETL, algorithm modeling, coding and test, continuous optimization, and visualization
负责数据获取和清洗,算法建模、代码开发和测试,系统持续优化,及可视化
－Responsible for development of data modeling, system construction for data analysis
根据业务要求制定数据模型,构建数据分析体系
－Responsible for knowledge display of data mining results, reports making, API development of knowledge usage
负责数据挖掘结果的知识呈现,制作数据报表,完成知识调用接口开发
－New technology study: follow  new development tools and computing method of big data under competence building plan, keep development competence improved continuously
新技术学习：根据能力建设规划,学习新的大数据开发工具和主流算法,保持开发能力的持续增长
－Team training: offer technical support and demonstration development for new planned business, verify technical feasibility
业务支持：为新业务提供技术支持和功能演示,验证技术可行性
Requirements任职要求：
－Sensitive in data application in automotive business,  interested in vehicle data service, strong learning ability
具备敏锐的汽车业务直觉,对汽车数据服务产品开发感兴趣,学习能力强
－Familiar with ECU function development
熟悉汽油机电子控制器功能开发
－Familiar with technology of big data mining and machine learning, professional in common data mining algorithms—such as clustering, decision tree, SVM, NN, etc
熟悉大规模数据挖掘、机器学习等领域技术,熟悉常见的数据挖掘算法—如聚类算法,决策树,SVM,神经网络等
－Know Hadoop, familiar with Hive, Spark is preferred
了解基于Hadoop等大数据平台工具的开发与设计,熟悉Hive,Spark者优先
－Familiar with tools for data mining and Machine Learning, like Matlab/R/Python/Scala/Java/SQL
熟练使用1种以上工程开发语言（Matlab/Java/Python/R/Scala/SQL）
