Responsibilities工作职责：
- Product design and release: identify customer requirement, conduct function analysis, implement detail design, finish documentation and design release
产品的设计和认可：识别客户需求,进行功能分析,实施详细设计,编制技术文档,完成设计认可
- Daily engineering work: using tools such as DFMEA, DRBFM, QFD, PS to do pre-research of new product, optimize design, solve technical problems and customer complaint about design aspect
日常工程工作：运用DFMEA,DRBFM,QFD,问题解决等工具,进行新产品预研,设计优化现有产品,解决公司内部的技术问题及设计方面的客户投诉
- Provide support for making localization plan, localization development and test validation
支持制定国产化计划,国产化开发及试验认证
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical and Electronics, Material Processing, Vehicle Engineering or related area
机械、机电、材料加工、汽车等工程类专业硕士及以上学历
- Good at mechanical design, problem solving skill Good innovative, communication skill and team work spirit
具有较强的机械设计,问题解决能力良好的创新能力、沟通能力和团队精神
- Experience at electromechanical, electronics, plastic injection / stamping tooling, plastic part design are preferred
具备电磁场、电子电路、注塑/冲压模具设计、塑料件设计相关经验者优先考虑
- Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred
良好的英语说写能力,兼懂德语者优先
