Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Power Electronics or related area
 车辆工程、电力电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- Familiar with EV/HEV powertrain or powernet
熟悉EV/HEV动力总成或电气化能量网络
- Familiar with system simulation (MATLAB/Simulink/GT/Saber, etc)
熟悉系统仿真工具(MATLAB/Simulink/GT/Saber等)
- Experienced with NEV energy management strategy, design or related test is preferred
具有新能源汽车能量管理控制算法、动力总成选型及测试等相关项目经验者优先
- Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred
良好的英语说写能力,兼懂德语者优先
