Responsibilities工作职责：
-Understand and analysis customer and product roadmap, lead sales plan process and participate in business plan
了解客户和产品规划并进行分析,制定销售计划及公司经营计划
-Track sales plan and finish variance analysis, finish management report on time
销售计划实施的跟踪与分析,完成相关的管理层汇报文件（如经理会议、董事会会议文件）
-Improve risk control system of sales process,coordinate Audit issue
完善销售相关风险内控体系,协调审计相关事务
-Optimize central control process of sales department
销售中央控制流程的改进和实施
Requirements任职要求：                                
-Master degree or above in science and technology or finance
理工专业或财务专业硕士及以上学历
-Good skilled at office software
具有良好的办公软件应用水平
-Fluent in English or German
