Responsibilities工作职责：
- Support Inverter system requirements analysis, Responsible for inverter hardware requirement analysis
支持逆变器系统需求分析,负责逆变器硬件需求分析
- Inverter hardware system design, define inverter hardware functional block diagram
逆变器硬件系统设计,定义逆变器硬件功能模块框图
- IGBT and DC-link capacitor speciation definition, choosing or customize design
IGBT模块与母线电容规格定义、选型、定制设计
- IGBT driver module, power supply module and other module spec definition and design review
定义IGBT驱动模块、供电电源模块等子模块需求,并对设计进行评审
- Schematic circuit diagram integration, PCB board layout with CAD colleague
电路原路图集成,与CAD工程师一起进行layout设计
- Inverter verification test including double pulse test, thermal test, integration test and etc
进行逆变器测试,包含双脉冲、热性能、集成测试等
- Coordinate HW FMEA, SC definition, component purchasing, sample manufacturing and etc
协调硬件FMEA、特殊特性定义,元件采购、样品生产等活动

Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Power Electronics, Automotive Electronics, Automation, Motor, Circuits and Systems, Automation Control or related area
电力电子、汽车电子、自动化、电机、电路与系统、自动化控制等专业硕士及以上学历
- Proficiency in power electronics, familiar with power electronics topology, power semiconductor devices, driver design and thermal design, vehicle power electronics products or inverter experience is preferred
熟练掌握电力电子知识,熟悉电力电子的基本拓扑结构,功率半导体器件,驱动和散热设计,有逆变器或汽车电力电子产品开发经验者优先
- Be honest, active, and quick learner
诚实、积极主动、具备快速学习能力
- Good communication, teamwork and English skills, knowledge of German is preferred
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平,兼懂德语者优先
