Responsibilities工作职责：

－Platform PEU HW development

项目硬件开发

－Analyze and develop platform product requirement from SYS requirement

分析和开发平台产品硬件需求

－HW Integrate, including schematic, layout spec, test spec and validation  base on HW platform product

硬件方案设计和集成硬件平台,包括硬件原理图设计、layout设计规范、测试spec确定及其验证

Support internal and external customer

对内外部客户进行硬件支持

－Develop Electric test and Integration test concept Implement electric test and Integration test, improve the product

设计电气测试,集成测试概念组织电气测试,集成测试并改进产品

－Process improvement/Quality control

过程改进和质量控制 

－Projects development and quality control base on process, including FA, DFMEA, PMAP and so on 

根据开发流程开发项目并进行质量控制,包括FA, DFMEA,PMAP评审等

Requirements任职要求：

- Bachelor’s degree or above in power electronics Electrical engineering, automation or related area

电力电子,电气工程,自动化等相关专业,本科及以上学历

－Power electronic unit or automotive electronic product developing experience

具有逆变器和DCDC产品开发经验或者汽车电子产品开发经验

－Familiar with automotive electronic product development with power supply development knowledge or inverter system requirement development and design strategy

熟悉汽车电子产品开发流程和 电力电子产品开发原理,具有电源架构开发经验或逆变器系统需求及方案开发经验经验优先考虑

－Good communication, teamwork, and English skills

良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平
