Responsibilities工作职责：
- Understand and analysis customer product roadmap, participate in the formulation of sales plan

- Establish and develop customer relationships, access business opportunities, prepare for competitive commercial solution,and successfully acquire projects

- Follow up sales plan and payback task
跟踪完成销售计划及回款任务
- Cooperate with internal functional departments to ensure the smooth running of the project and improve customer satisfaction
与内部职能部门合作,确保项目的顺利进行,提高客户满意度
- Assist in handling customer complaints, including 0KM and after-sales, follow up the results of complaints
协助处理客户投诉,包括0KM和售后,跟踪处理投诉结果
Requirements任职要求：                                
- Master degree or above in science and technology
理工专业硕士及以上学历
- Good skilled at office software
具有良好的办公软件应用水平
- Fluent in English or German
英语或德文熟练
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
