Responsibilities工作职责：

- Assist supervisor to coordinate all quality related affairs in BU

协助上级经理协调事业部内质量相关事务

- Track the implementation of BU quality target and plan

跟踪事业部质量目标及质量计划完成情况

- Monitor BU product quality and generate regular report

监控事业部产品质量,并制定质量报告

- Support to handle customer complaint

支持开发阶段/项目阶段客户质量问题处理

-Promote basic quality method in BU Eg: FMEA,DRBFM,PS,Yokoten,8D

推广事业部内质量工具的实施：如FMEA,DRBFM,PS,Yokoten,8D

-Support BU for quality auditEg, Process audit, QMS audit, customer audit, PMAP

协调及应对事业部相关的内/外部质量审核,如过程审核,质量体系审核,客户现场审核,PMAP

-Monitor project quality and track the status of QG performance

监控项目质量,跟踪QG状态

Requirements任职要求：                                

- Master degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or others

机械、电子工程或其他硕士学历

- MinX Years in the automotive component company as quality management or related areas

汽车零部件企业相关质量工作（或实习）经验

- Good intercultural and interpersonal communication skills

跨部门,跨文化沟通能力 

- Willingness and capability to take extra efforts and handle stress

能够并愿意承担额外工作, 能承受压力                                                                                        

- Fluent in English or German
