Responsibilities工作职责：
- Project Planning: set cross department project team, make project plan according to internal/ external requirements
项目计划：组建跨部门的项目团队,依照内部/外部要求制定项目计划
- Project Implementation: organize regular project meeting to review and monitor the project results, to ensure project progress “on time, on specification, on budget”
项目实施：定期召开项目会议回顾和监控项目结果,确保项目“按时间、按规范、按预算”进行
- Project Execution: lead the project team, set priorities, detect risks and implement measures
项目执行：领导项目团队,设定优先级,洞察风险并落实相关措施
- Project Reporting: Organize, prepare and guide through project report meetings with internal management and customers
项目报告：通过与内部管理层和客户的项目报告会议进行组织、准备和指导
- Documentation controlling: Collect and file the project documents according to the requirements of quality system
项目文件控制：根据质量体系的要求,收集项目文件并归档
Requirements任职要求：                                
- Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related area
机械类专业硕士及以上学历
- Fluent in English, German as a plus
英语熟练,用德语进行日常工作交流者为佳
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
