Responsibilities工作职责：

- Hybrid powertrain system control strategy development, parameters optimization, measurement and analysis

混合动力系统控制策略开发、参数优化与测量分析

- Hybrid powertrain system project application management and approval, customer project technical interface and development coordination  

混合动力系统项目匹配管理及认可,客户项目技术接口与开发协调

- Application of powertrain system, sub-system and components to hybrid vehicle 

混合动力车的动力总成、子系统及部件的应用

- Hybrid powertrain system integration test, testbench and vehicle hybrid functionality calibration, system release

混合动力系统集成测试、台架与车辆混动功能标定以及系统发布

- Democar building-up, system concept, functionality validation and advanced study

样车搭建、系统概念和功能的验证与预研

Requirements任职要求：

- Master degree or above in Automotive, Vehicle Engineering, Power Electronics, Motor, Automation, Mechatronics or related area

汽车、车辆工程、电力电子、电机、自动控制、机械电子等相关专业硕士及以上学历 

- Familiar with working and control theory of engine, transmission, motor and other vehicle component, good knowledge of hybrid control system function development, experienced in related development and skilled in INCA, CANoe, ASCET, Matlab tools

熟悉发动机、变速箱、电机等整车零部件的工作、控制工作原理,具有混动控制系统功能开发经验,并熟练使用INCA、CANoe、ASCET、Matlab相关开发、仿真工具 

- Good communication, teamwork and English skills, knowledge of German is preferred

良好的沟通、团队合作及英语水平,兼懂德语者优先
