Responsibilities工作职责：
- E-drive system (including inverter & E-machine) requirement specification and management derived from customer requirement, market trends, and standard analysis, technical project management
通过客户需求分析,市场技术趋势和法规跟踪以及平台开发,进行电驱动系统（包括逆变器和电机本体）的需求技术规范定义和管理,项目技术管理
- E-drive system integration and application in vehicle for customer project
客户项目电驱动系统车辆系统集成与应用
- E-drive test on test-bench and vehicle, failure analysis
电驱动台架测试及整车测试,失效分析
- Technique interface to customer and Bosch, project technique development coordination and management according to internal process
对客户和博世的技术接口,按照内部流程对客户项目的技术开发协调与管理
-Development standard, process and tool building-up and improvement
开发标准,流程和工具的建立和不断改进
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Electrical machine & equipment, Automation, Automotive, Vehicle Engineering or related area
电机与电器、自动控制、汽车、车辆工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- Familiar with working and control theory of E-machine & inverter, engine, transmission and other vehicle component, good knowledge of Hybrid control system function development, experienced in related development and simulation tools
熟悉电机及其控制器、发动机、变速箱等整车零部件的工作、控制工作原理,具有混动控制系统功能开发经验,并熟练使用相关开发、仿真工具
- Good communication, teamwork and English skills
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平
