工作职责:
1. 与业务伙伴进行清晰,简洁,礼貌的沟通,包括书面沟通和口头沟通。
2. 在英语环境下,理解并正确使用多种软件工具浏览浏览帐户,排除故障,解决问题。
3. 相关知识,正确使用部门资源,政策和流程。
4. 优秀的电话控制能力,确保有效沟通,专业服务,和有效信息。
5. 积极勤奋的完成工作进度,确保能提供适时地支持。
6. 积极寻求解决方案和定位问题,适时升级问题以寻求解决方案或建议,从而使问题得到解决。
任职要求:
1. 本科同等及以上学历,英语/国际贸易/电子商务或相关实习经验者优先。
3. 熟练使用Microsoft Outlook和MS Office Excel及其它Office应用程序。
4. 优秀的逻辑思考能力和判断并解决问题能力。
5. 认真负责,做事追求效率,讲求团队贡献。
6. 在竞争环境中,能够按时完成内部和外部的多重工作任务。
7. 良好的英语读写能力。
工作时间:9:00am-6:00pm, 每2-3周会轮到1周晚班时间为1:00pm-10:00pm (额外交通补助) ,做五休二,周末或节假日可能会值班(安排调休)
