Job Description:
- 混动/电动车系统设计、仿真和集成；
  Hybrid and/or Electric Vehicle system topology design, simulation, system integration;
- 混动/电动车系统零部件的选择；
  Hybrid and/or Electric Vehicle system components selection for Bosch Components and third party components;
- 制定混动系统需求，其中包括:电机、MCU、HCU、电池、充电器、热管理等；
  Create hybrid system requirements, including electric machines, MCU, HCU, BMS, Charger, thermal management...;
- 热管理系统设计、仿真、验证；
  Responsible for thermal management system design, simulation, validation;
- 支持项目获取，提供技术建议；支持客户技术问题沟通。 
  Support for project acquisition, create technical proposal, and communicate with customer to clarify technical issues.

Qualifications:
- 本科及以上学历；汽车工程（汽车电子控制）或者内燃机相关专业；
  Bachelor or Master Degree in automobile engineering (automotive electric control filed) or
  internal combustion engine education background;
- 对混动/电动控制其、或者其他相关零部件、或者混动系统开发有相关经验；
  Basic knowledge in the field of H(E)V VCU and/or other components and hybrid system
  development;
- 熟练使用Matlab/Simulink 以及相关软件工具。有使用Simulink 进行模拟仿真汽车系统的经验优先考虑；
  Good at using of Matlab/Simulink and related SW tools. Use Simulink to modeling and simulation experience for automotive system;
- 良好的沟通、协调、和团队合作能力；
  Good skills in communication and coordination, good team work spirit;
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
  Good at English speaking, reading and writing, German is preferred.
