Job Responsibilities:
- Pro-active assistance to National Sales Manager;
- Internal sales support: support HoD / department in achieving TNS goals;
- Update, check (and forwarding to SOP) of sales forecast (in time and accurately);
- Monitoring and coordination within reg;
- weekly delivery status (“shortage info to HoD and GM”);
- Customer Profile Cards;
- Reports of monthly KPI data both for department total and regions;
- CIP coordination (collecting of CIP projects, update of CIP reports and forwarding to SCN CIP coordinator); constantly looking for improvement potential in dept;
- Update of webpage content in responsibility of department;
- Collection of weekly reports and monthly reports from regional managers and National KAM;
- Collection and provision of cross-selling info as cross selling coordinator;
- Support on weekly department meeting and recording and forwarding of meeting minutes;
- Follow up of project tracking status and update of tracking sheets (incl. monthly forwarding to GM Assistant);
- Monthly Expense Report for HoD.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HAVC or business administration;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good English skills.
