Professional experience in electronics, Semiconductor and embedded system. Understanding of SW Engineering, communication, independent work style, responsibility, quality of work
Job Responsibilities：
- Development of final test concept together with the final test engineers in laboratory;
- Responsibility for final test specification;
- Coordination of definition of test limits within project team;
- Close Cooperation with Bosch internal and external test houses during Development phase of test program and ramp-up phase;
- Series support of Bosch internal and external test houses with focus on cost, quality and yield;
- Close Cooperation with ASIC Development team for ASIC specification.
