Job Description

1.     Main task
-        Receive and process in-house sample orders from SAMOS system
-        Coordination with sales, SCP for sample orders
-        Co-operate and define with LOP, MOE for sample production plan
-        Prepare materials according to BOM requirement from different orders.
(PPD part, IPN plant part…)
-        Monitor manufacturing plan with COS and MOE production lines to ensure samples are manufactured on time with good quality.
-        Plan budget for upcoming sample’s EWAK, tools… for samples
-        Conflict management for conflict orders with limited time, material… shortage.
-        Provide technical support for technician for order requirement.
-        Define quality measurements: e.g. CP…
-        Lead and responsible for problem solving of sample production problem
-        Other CIP activities
2.     Responsibilities
-        0 sample quality failure
-        On time sample delivery
3.     Team aspect
-        Leader for conflict management or problem solving for critical orders
-        Leader for CIP activities

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering related major

- 3 years or above working Experience related with production or logistic planning.

- Strong knowledge of Quality control and Quality method

- Good English, German is a plus

- Good communication skill

- Target oriented, determined, accurate and efficient in work

- Experience in production planning and supervision

- Knowledge of sample ordering process, project management

- Preferred with knowledge of shipment process and custom clearance

- Preferred with SAP knowledge
