General Duties 主要职责:
This position is responsible for developing & extends market in China. Assist commercial director improve sales & get more business.
该职位负责扩展中国大陆的业务。协助商务总监提升该区域内的销售额和业务量。处理该区域内的所有业务。
Specific Duties and Responsibilities 专项责任和职责:
1. Assist Commercial Director to make yearly sales budget (cost), sales target (Turnover & Margin), process yearly sales plan.
协助销售总监制定年度销售目标,执行公司年度销售计划;
2. Responsible for develop and gain new customers in China, make sales plan & strategy & control on project basis.
负责开拓中国大陆的新客户,制订销售策略和控制销售预算;
3. Searching for potential new customers, building relationship with new customers.
寻找潜在目标客户,并和新客户建立关系;
4. Collect related information / RFQ from customer of project and prepare project feasibility analysis;
收集项目相关资料,撰写项目可行性分析报告;
5. Process market research (competitors, public utility rate, and etc) on project basis. Following up whole project status.
进行项目方案的市场调研、策划与推进实施,全程跟进项目进展;
6. Responsible for negotiation and analyze related
负责投资项目谈判与相关分析工作。
7. Follow up requirement / RFQ of customer. Touch base with other departments and collect related information. Prepare draft solution proposal and detailed cost & calculation of project.
跟踪客户需求,根据需求和各部门沟通,收集相关信息。制作初步解决方案,计算项目成本;
8. Responsible for creating proper solution proposal. E.g. select proper location, create optimized transport flow, and calculate the cost in order to be ready for project quotation / offer.
在其他部门的协助下进行前期的准备工作,例如:场地搜寻,供应商寻价,解决方案的撰写,项目预算的计算;
9. Familiar with company business & operation process and can design service work flow & production SOP according to need of customer. Provide competitive and complete project proposal
熟悉公司相关业务,能根据需求为客户准备服务及生产流程,出具具有竞争力的项目方案;
10. Responsible for support any work requested from Commercial Director
负责支持任何康派克上海总部要求的工作。
11. Needs to follow the orders from Commercial Director
必须根据康派克上海总部的安排进行工作
12. Act as an owner of the project. Should be able to achieve projects by himself from the very beginning until signing the contract or receiving the order from customer.
从项目开始到合同签订或收到客户订单,能独立处理和完成整个项目。
Qualification and Requirements 岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree above major in marketing, international trade, logistics, project management or related.
本科以上学历,专业为市场营销,国际贸易,物流,项目管理或相关领域。
2.Strong business acumen and passion for sales, project base experience especially vertical market preferred.
具有 销售业务敏感度,对销售工作有巨大的热情,以项目为基础的销售模式经验优先考虑。
3.Mature, resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
高度的自我驱动,职业精神,专业的工作态度。 中英语听说写流利,较强的人际沟通。
4.Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, and related sales system.
良好的计算机技能,尤其是Office软件使用以及销售模考所使用到的软件。
5. Able to work overtime and business trip if requested
如业务需要能接受加班和出差。
