职位描述

?领导跨部门的项目小组（包括设计，采购，生产，质量，物流等）依照合同要求交付客户项目，在项目实施过程中确保公司内部快速和高效的沟通
Lead cross functional team to deliver project results. Collaborate across 
internal departments to ensure effective and efficient communication 
throughout the project life cycle.
?作为项目负责人代表公司在项目实施各阶段与客户做快速有效的沟通
Act as the primary project representative for Buhler to individual customers.Ensure effective and efficient communication throughout the project life cycle with customer
?建立主项目计划，在项目推进过程中按照项目节点追踪项目设计，生产，采购，物流，安装以及调试进度
Develop overall project plan. Ensure every step of the project as design, manufacturing, purchasing, logistic, installation and commissioning are on the track.
?对项目质量负责，需要非常积极的协调内部各部门或者供应商甚至有时候是客户的资源解决烘干机项目推进过程中设计，生产，安装以及调试可能出现的问题Assume primary responsibility for project quality. Coordinate internal departments and supplers sometimes maybe customer source to resolve questions or problems that occur during the design, manufacture, installation,and commissioning of dryers. 
?现场独立指导工程队安装以及调试各型号的烘干机设备
Guild the installation team to install and commisssioning every model dryers
?项目结束后完成项目总结，并需要积极主动地配合销售催收项目进度款，尾款
Finish the project sumary after handover, and need very positively to support sales to collection the progress payment and balance payment
?SAP, BPM定期维护
Matenance SAP and BPM on time
?其余项目经理交办的相关事宜
Other related matters assigned by project manager

?本科及以上学历
College or above
?机械或电气相关专业等
Mechanical /Electric or other related majors 
?具有团队意识，跨部门沟通协调的能力和项目管理能力
Good team spirit, good cross-department communication and project management ability
?明确工作角色和岗位职责，有上进心和责任心
Good understanding of position responsibility
?具有较强的耐心，具有一定的承受和挑战压力的能力
Good patience, stress tolerance
?可以适应长期、或不定期频繁出差
Can adapt to long-term or irregularly frequent business trip
?开拓与创新意识
Entrepreneurial and Innovative minded
?熟练掌握办公工具CAD, Excel, PPT
CAD, Excel, PPT and other office tools
?熟练中英文语言表达与沟通能力
good Oral language both in Chinese and English
?有项目管理经验者优先
Project management experience is preferred
